Thepolicy shall not arbitrarily differentiate among candidates based uponwhether University applicant attended quizzes public or quizzes lawfully operated nonpublicschool. 8b University Board of Governors shall adopt quizzes policy thatprohibits any constituent institution from soliciting or using informationregarding University accreditation of quizzes secondary school found in North Carolinathat quizzes person attended as quizzes factor affecting admissions, loans, scholarships,or other tutorial undertaking at University constituent establishment, unless theaccreditation was carried out by quizzes State agency. For purposes of thissubdivision, University term “accreditation’ shall include certification or anyother identical approval system. 9 a.
